What to Expect When Renovating

Step 1

Initial Consultation and Discovery

Let’s talk ideas. Whether you have a clear vision for what you want or need our guidance brainstorming possibilities, this is where we paint the picture of what your wants and needs are in your space.

Step 2

Feasibility

Once we have a good grasp on your vision, we’ll get to work putting together a high-level budget. From there, we’ll meet to discuss the numbers and make any further adjustments to the plan. If you’re feeling excited to move forward, we sign a pre-construction agreement and get rollin’.

Step 3

Pre-construction

At this part of the process, depending on the complexity of your renovation, we’ll bring together your dream team including architects, engineers, interior designers and trades. We’ll put together a complete set of plans, work with you to select every finish, and present you a final budget to be signed off on.

Step 4

Construction

It’s time to get crackin’. You’ll get a detailed timeline and access to our communication and project management tools so you know exactly how your project is progressing.

Step 5

After Care

Voila! We’ll do a final walk-thru and go over your project’s warranty so you have complete peace of mind for years to come. If we’ve done our job right, this is where we’ll exchange hugs. (Not a hugger? We’ll settle for a firm handshake as long as you shed at least one happy tear.)
